Sun Beauty by Djform is an innovative food supplement designed to prepare the skin for the sun, enhance the tan, and protect the skin from the harmful effects of ultraviolet (UV) rays.
Composed of natural active ingredients for skin beauty and radiance, it also contains antioxidants whose role is to neutralize free radicals, which are responsible for oxidative stress itself causing rapid wear and premature aging of our tissues, especially our skin.
Mélaline® Keratin-Melanin is a keratin hydrolysate naturally pigmented with melanin, the pigment responsible for skin protection and tanning. This combination helps protect the skin from UV-induced damage by strengthening its natural defenses. It promotes an even and long-lasting tan. Keratin also helps improve skin elasticity and hydration.
Bilberry is rich in anthocyanins, powerful antioxidants that protect the skin against free radicals generated by UV rays. Bilberry helps improve cutaneous microcirculation, promoting radiant and well-nourished skin.
Lycopene is an antioxidant extracted primarily from tomatoes, which protects skin cells against oxidative stress induced by UV rays and helps limit premature skin aging.
Zinc bisglycinate is a highly bioavailable form of zinc. It protects cells against oxidative stress and helps maintain healthy skin by regulating sebum production.
Beta-carotene, in its natural form in our supplement, is a precursor to vitamin A, essential for healthy skin. As a natural pigment, it also has powerful antioxidant properties. The Djform Tip:
Start the course at least 15 days before sun exposure to prepare the skin, continue throughout the exposure period, and pursue the course after the exposure or vacation period to maintain the tan for as long as possible.

MELALINE® is a bio-assimilable and bioactive complex, tan accelerator and preparer, produced exclusively from black sheep wool. At the recommended dose, its effectiveness is proven: an immediate surge of melanin, considerably higher on the surface of the epidermis, within two hours of UVA exposure, starting from 10 days of the MELALINE® course. At the end of a 30-day course, and after three successive UVA/B exposures spaced three days apart, the tan is much more intense and persistent.
Why did we choose pullulan capsules for our Djform products?
The "HPMC plant-based capsule" is only plant-based in name! Behind a marketing facade, the HPMC plant-based capsule actually contains chemical residues. To always offer you the highest quality products possible, DJFORM uses pullulan capsules, which are suitable for vegetarian, pescatarian, and vegan diets. Instead of indigestible wood cellulose for HPMC-type plant-based capsules, pullulan capsules are food products made from tapioca starch that our body is capable of digesting.

Our cells are veritable little energy powerhouses. Cellular metabolism, through the mechanism of oxidation-reduction, involves a transfer of electrons between the oxygen molecules we breathe and glucose molecules or certain fatty acids from our diet (carbohydrates and lipids, respectively). By capturing pairs of electrons from them, oxygen allows the transformation of these nutrients into ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the cellular fuel, in other words, the energy necessary for the normal functioning of our body.
All energy production cannot be 100% optimal and inevitably produces waste. Indeed, during cellular oxidation-reduction processes, a percentage of these exchanges do not take place properly, and a certain number of oxygen molecules end up with an odd number of electrons. These reactive and unstable oxygen derivatives are called free radicals. Thus, the oxygen necessary for our body's life can also become its enemy and accelerate its wear and tear.
Since any unstable element seeks to balance itself, free radicals draw the missing electron from their environment. They then destabilize the cells, blood cells, proteins, or even microbes they encounter. Admittedly, this natural process is beneficial for our immune defenses, but an excess of free radicals causes chain disorders that directly affect our health.
Produced in small quantities, free radicals are well managed by our body through the production of antioxidants. The antioxidants present in our body, mostly coming from an appropriate diet rich in fruits and vegetables, are molecules that neutralize free radicals and allow a balance between the two. In this case, they are beneficial for our health: they ensure the cleansing of our body by eliminating old or defective cells. They also intervene in the anti-bacterial, microbial, and viral fight and participate in proper immune function.
However, our modern lifestyles are the origin of an excess production of free radicals under the effect of numerous factors:
- external: water and air pollution, tobacco smoke, solar UV rays, radiation, etc.;
- internal: medications, alcohol, tobacco, industrial diet;
- lifestyle: sleep deficit, excess or lack of physical exercise, overwork, etc.;
- stressful environment: overwork, stress, anxiety, negative emotional states.
Produced in too large quantities, free radicals cause what is known as oxidative stress or oxidative damage. Our cells (including the DNA present within them) oxidize, deteriorate, and die. If our body does not have enough antioxidants acting as shields against free radicals, oxidative stress leads to the premature aging of our cells and increases the risk of developing certain degenerative diseases (such as cancers, etc.), neurodegenerative, inflammatory, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, etc.
Antioxidants, capable of reducing or even preventing the oxidation process of our cells by free radicals, are essential to protect us from oxidative stress and its devastating effects on the health of our cells, organs, and skin.
